As an important support feature for our member-General Contractors, The Renovation Co-op has developed a back-end system that provides quick, private access to local, vetted Single-Trade Specialists (sub-trades, etc.).

This program is designed to offer "emergency fill-in trades" and/or the development of a more long-term relationship between both parties.

For Example:

When a Member-Contractor needs an emergency sub-trade (Electrician, plumber, roofer, etc.) for a project that has already started, or is seeking a more permanent sub-trade for future work, our contractors can directly access any Co-op-vetted trade specialist located within the project’s postal region, or from any area throughout the GTA.

Note: The Contractor Support Program is designed to help our member-Contractors expand their own individual fulfillment capacities by providing localized access to specified types of Co-op-vetted trades and services.
