Over the past 20 years, the Renovation Co-op's Management Team has occasionally acted as consultants in the development of  renovation-related Federal and Provincial Grant Programs. as well as several Renovation Loan products ato with  related to Home Improvements.

And while most of these programs did offer some degree of financial help to homeowners, most of the grant amounts were considered as taxable income, and required a sometimes long and confusing application process,
