Finding a qualified
yet reasonable electrical service can become a difficult task
for many homeowners. As the
growth of commercial building projects continues to skyrocket throughout
the region, a shortfall of high-in-demand trades, (such as
electricians) has developed.
To meet this shortfall, many established electrical services
have now begun to limit their work almost exclusively to commercial and
industrial construction.
However, there still remains a select group of professional electrical
services that have joined our Renovation Co-op to meet the needs
of both our residential and commercial clients.
Quality of Workmanship:
All Renovation Co-op Member electrical services are licensed and
insured.
The performance of small jobs through the Co-op is made possible, because each individual
Electrical Service Co-op Member is assigned to a specific, exclusive area.
This saves time, gas and money, which enables all
Renovation Co-op Electrical
Services to profitably perform minor electrical repairs.
Note: All Co-op trades and services are approved service providers for The
Canadian Renovation Funding Program. (see Program)
Whether you require renovation financing or not, you will always save money by dealing
directly with an approved Renovation Co-op
Member-Service who has gained the trust of participating lenders,
realtors, bank managers, credit unions and other important financial
institutions.

Wiring Upgrades-
Given the age of homes within the
core of most Canadian towns and cities, many contain old knob
and tube wiring within the basement, along with other unsafe
electrical wiring throughout the entire home.
As well, there is a growing segment of many cities (especially within the Toronto
GTA) containing homes with unsafe, "do-it-yourself"
electrical wiring, often 15-20 years old. see about
your insurance....
Our electrical service professionals will inspect, remove and
replace any unsafe wiring throughout your home as required,
meeting or exceeding building code specifications.

service from 60 to 100-amp or higher to meet current and future
