The Canadian Renovation Funding Program was originally introduced in 1996 to assist several Toronto area contractors in offering various renovation loan products to their clients.

The program has acted as a major consulting resource for numerous lending institutions, and was instrumental in the development and enhancement of several renovation-based loan programs offered by 3 major Canadian banks. see disclaimer

Today, the program is supported by a vast network of participating contractors, sub-trades and suppliers whose clients require a variety of lending resources.   More...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The program represents the combined skills of dozens of financial service professionals such as licensed mortgage brokers and individual specialists who work for some of Canada's largest institutions and work exclusively with our program.

Just as the renovation needs of today's homeowners have become more and more complex, so have their borrowing needs.

And because financing plays such an important role in most purchases of renovations, The Canadian Renovation Funding Program continues to help build a "safe" and sensible purchasing environment for both renovations and mortgage loan products by working with a tight-knit group of dedicated professionals from within both industries.

The program can be best described as a lending resource
advisory and support service
, guiding homeowners to the appropriate form of financing for any given situation.
Note: There is no charge for this service.
