In addition to our designer-level bathroom projects, we offer a more economical service for the repair and renovation of bathrooms.

For example, this service level includes the replacement of walls throughout the tub area using water-resistant drywall, mid-range ceramic tile and  tap replacement. (see services below)

If you've just moved into your home and the bathroom requires a simple "tune-up", or if you need a "fix-up-for-sale" package, you can now deal directly with an approved Co-op member-service that will perform the renovation work from start-to-finish with no interruptions.

Deal Direct...and Save!!

Generally, this is a level of service that is designed to renovate 
the bathroom within a tight budget. Unless otherwise arranged, 
all labour and materials are included in the price.

As an example, the following items are typically included in a full
bathroom renovation that is priced below $10,000:

* Protective Materials:
  Plastic and/or cloth sheeting installed throughout the home to protect 
  furniture, carpeting, etc.

* Demolition:
   Gut entire bathroom down to studs and sub-flooring.

* Plumbing:
  All existing, exposed plumbing lines, drains and connection points are 
  visually inspected.

* Materials:

All jobs start and finish…
without interruption!

Note: Final pricing will depend upon whether the relocation of plumbing lines or drains is required, condition of wood framing behind old drywall, sub-flooring, etc. 

In addition, the age of the bathroom and the home itself can affect the price. For example, some bathrooms contain the old-style black & white tiles with cement and chicken wire embedded underneath. It can take a few days just to remove it with sledge hammers. 
(Great tile…lasts forever…but it' can be a real challenge to remove!)

* Supply & Install the following:

- Insulation to outer wall area
- Drywall throughout bathroom as required .Tape & sand
- American Standard Tub
- American Standard Toilet (approved water-saver tank
- Ceramic tile throughout tub area
- Ceramic Tile or linoleum on floor
- Standard Vanity & marbleized (molded) sink
- Moen single-lever taps for vanity sink
- Moen single-lever taps for tub/shower
- Exhaust fan
- Standard light fixture
- Paint full bathroom
- Debris: All debris removed from home daily.
