Registration

 

The fastest way to have your job viewed is to register into the Renovation Funding Program by visiting our 

You will be asked to provide information regarding the type of work you wish to have performed on your home. 

As well, typical credit information is required in order for us to obtain a pre-approval from one of our participating lending institutions (if you require financing). 

Your initial registration information and telephone interview will also help us determine if your job requires our In-House Services or The Contractor Referral Program.

There is no obligation regarding this pre-approval.

Approval

 


Once an Pre-Approval has been issued, you will be notified over the phone or e-mailed as to the terms and conditions of a lending offer. This usually takes place within 48 hours following registration.  

Please Note: A pre-approval does not mean that you have agreed to use any funds that are offered such as a mortgage refinancing package. It is simply the acknowledgement and commitment of a institution's willingness to lend based on the information given. You are not obligated to use any of the funds. 

Once you have been pre-approved, you still have the option
of paying cash.

Viewing the Job

 

Immediately after you have been notified of the pre-approval, you will be contacted by your assigned Project Manager. 

He will view the work you requested, along with any other renovations that you might want to get a price on. We always suggest that you create a short list of potential jobs that you have thought of getting done, starting with the most important ones first.

As soon as the work commences, the Project Manager becomes your main link to receiving updated information pertaining to your renovation job.

He is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all of the tradespersons and materials as your job progresses.

Calculating the Estimate

 

The information your Project Manager delivers to our in-house Estimating Department is processed and a full Estimate is created. The estimate is always created internally by our own experienced staff, as it is imperative that all the information is checked and double-checked to ensure that all Program Guidelines are being met.

The Estimate, along with other information pertaining to our company policies and programs, is then sent out to you by overnight Courier or posted on a private page on the internet.

In the case of kitchens, you will be provided with a complete Estimate Package when you visit the showroom to view sample cabinet styles. 

As we do not use commission salespersons, the only people you deal with throughout the entire process are those that are intimately associated with the management of you renovation,

which is the way it should be!

Presenting the Estimate

 

The Estimate will contain a general outline of the work to be performed on your home, along with any associated Minimum Standard Features List(s) as required by The Renovation Funding Program.

Immediately following the delivery of your estimate, one of our Credit Specialists will contact you to review the individual prices as well as the monthly payments.

While this might initially seem to be a bit complicated, it actually has the very positive effect of making sure that you understand precisely what is being offered to you.

As there is lending involved, the responsibility of conveying the details of the financing, such as monthly payments relating to each item. is assigned to our Credit Department.

Your assigned Project Manager has also been sent a copy of the estimate. If there are any questions remaining in regards to the details of your renovation job, he should be contacted immediately.

Final Paperwork

 

Once everything is finalized and agreed to over the phone, the Project Manager comes back to your home to sign all remaining documentation, including detailed specifications and any required finance documentation.
