Consultation & Design

Step 2
Consultation & Design

C

Once you are Pre-Approved into the Program, a professional Designer will contact you immediately to view your kitchen.

At this visit, the designer gets a "feel" for what you want and proceeds to create an initial drawing.

He/she also takes notes regarding various measurements and descriptions of other work you might have in mind to accompany the kitchen.

If major renovations are required as part of your kitchen renovations, such as re-positioning plumbing lines, ripping out support walls, etc...a visit by a senior project manager may immediately follow the designer's visit.

For the most part, our designers are trained to measure and properly describe many items associated with most interior renovations.

Step 3
Completion of Estimate

The Designer immediately forwards the information to our in-house Estimating Department, where your estimate is created, reviewed and approved for presentation.

All Aston Whitehall kitchen renovations include a bundling of Minimum Standard Features that have been developed exclusively
by our In-House Estimators.

Step 4
Showroom
Viewing

The Designer then invites you to visit the showroom to view all the various cabinet selections

It is at this visit to the showroom that the designer presents you with our entire Package, which includes pricing for our Kitchen Minimum Standard Features, as well as any optional renovations you may have requested.

Our package also includes Cabinet Upgrade Pricing along with pertinent financing information, such as monthly payments, etc.

By visiting the showroom, you will be able to get a close look at how various cabinet styles will enhance your kitchen.

Contract

Step 5
Signing the Contract

If you wish to proceed with the work, your Project Manager will contact you to present you with a complete set of Specifications, Final Cabinet Design, and our Standard Contract Form for signature, along with any other forms required by the Lending Institution.

The Specifications and Contract Forms completely "spell out" every last detail regarding the work, including the scope of work, tile allowances, etc.

Long before we start the work, you'll know exactly what you are getting!

Historically, many individual contractors initially give prospective client a very low price just to get the job. (without much description on paper)

In this situation, you are given a lot of "By-the Ways" (By the Way...this will cost you extra....or By the Way, this wasn't included, etc)

We don't like "By-the-Ways" and either should you.

Step 6
Starting the Job!

Your Kitchen Renovation will not commence until your cabinets are ready for delivery. Your Project Manager will notify you well in advance of the scheduled Installation Date.

As we guarantee Start-to-Finish with every renovation we do, our average Kitchen takes less than a week to complete.

If you are getting other work done as part of the job, there may be a delay of a day or so in-between specialized trades, such as flooring, windows, etc.

But without exception, we make every attempt to "get in and get out" as quickly as possible.
