 Life Insurance coverage up to $500,000 in the event of your death

 Critical Illness overage up to $500,000 in the event you are diagnosed with a Covered Critical Illness and you survive 30 days.
Covered Critical Illnesses: Life-threatening cancer*, heart attack, stroke, kidney failure and major organ transplant.

* Cancer has a 90-day waiting period

 Critical Illness with Life Insurance coverage up to $500,000 in the event of your death or if you are diagnosed with a Covered Critical Illness.
