"In-House" Renovations

These are Repairs and Renovations that are performed by an approved Aston Whitehall Contractor/Dealer. Every job completed through this service includes constant, personalized supervision. Our in-house services are designed for those clients who desire a complete turnkey solution, where all work schedules and materials are organized by an assigned Project Manager. As well, some lenders might insist (in some cases) that the work be performed solely by an approved Aston Whitehall Contractor/Dealer. To maintain a consistent quality for The Renovation Funding Program, a strict yet practical set of Minimum Standards, Procedures and Protocols have been developed to ensure that real value is being added to the home. If we can competitively quote on your job "in-house" (at the time of your request), we will be happy do so. However, if we are getting overbooked, or we feel that your job is not suitable as an In-House project, we will recommend taking advantage of our Contractor Referral Program. Contractor Referral Program

As the size and scope of requests for Repairs and Renovations is so varied, we've developed a Contractor Referral Program in which our clients can request the services of some of our contractors and sub-trades in a more direct manner, especially for those types of jobs that we can't perform "in-house" in a cost-effective manner. These include many single trade, stand-alone jobs such as flooring, roofing, brickwork, painting, or jobs where an individual, full-service contractor may still required. By dealing directly with these individuals, our clients can save money while still having access to professional tradespersons.. Many of these individuals are our own sub-contractors and sub-trades. This keeps both our own workforce as well as our clients within our "umbrella." This referral program also acts as a practical solution when there is no local availability of an established Aston Whitehall Approved Contractor/Dealer. And while Aston Whitehall is unable to warranty such work itself, all referred contractors and sub-trades are insured and have developed their own individual warranty programs. One such benefit is our Cash Rebate Program, which offers generous credits that can be applied towards all Home Repairs and Renovations purchased through our system. When you purchase your repairs or renovations through our system, you'll receive a rebate based upon the gross sale price of the job. Whether your work is performed through our In-House Contracting Service or through the Contractor Referral Program you will always receive these added-value rebates, which are provided by a pool of funds supplied by participating manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, as well as numerous retailers.
