Aston Whitehall
Renovation Services
include basement
finishing, home
theatres, kitchens,
basement lowering and
underpinning, bathrooms,
flooring,
windows
and
basement
waterproofing,
along
with other primary
repairs and home
improvements.
As a joint undertaking
between Aston
Whitehall and The
Canadian
Renovation
Funding Program,
a special Subsidy Program
was recently launched
to create purchasing
incentives in support
of our Co-op members
This is a non-government
program supported by
nationwide clusters of
manufacturers and
distributors, along
with portions of other
monthly fees and
revenues collected
through our Co-op from various
professional
businesses and
services.
Depending upon timing
and available funds,
amounts up to (and
sometimes exceeding) $5,000
are credited towards
specific renovation
jobs.

In addition to offering its
own in-house renovation
services, Aston
Whitehall
(established in 1987) is also
responsible for the screening
and approval of all contractors and sub trades who
perform work for registrants
of The Canadian
Renovation
Funding Program.

Access
is a new service that has been added to our website
to offer homeowners approved, single-trade
services that do not require
management, such as flooring,
painting, roofing, etc.
Each individual
service has been
screened and approved
for The Canadian
Renovation Funding
Program. In fact,
many of these
tradespersons already
act as sub-trades for
our own full-service
contractors
Direct
Access is available to the
general public without the
need for special codes or the
bombardment of advertisers and
other "hidden agendas,"
such as placing your
name on everyone's
junk mailing list.
By choosing your own
postal code, you will find a specific,
approved service that works
exclusively in your
area.
And by working in one
exclusive area, each
tradesperson can
properly service their
client without driving
all day across the
city, taking on jobs
at opposite ends of
the city.
As the two main
enemies of our
business have become gas
prices and
traffic jams, an
individual painter,
plumber, electrician,
etc. can stay close to
each job and "get
in and out"
quickly.
