project management. Owner is usually personally licensed or specializes

Jobs are primarily limited to interior of home.
Owner can perform jobs at Gen B2-Residential level, but the
main focus is on performing smaller jobs (1-2 weeks).

carpentry jobs (below $5,000), drywall & framing,
painting, partial bathrooms, partial kitchens, economy kitchen
and bathroom retrofits ($5K-$12K), partial basements
($8K-$15K)
May occasionally accommodate a full basement through the
sub-contracting of outside individual trades and/or
single-trade contracting companies when necessary.
Most of these jobs do not require (or clients do not require)
plans or permits.
Specializing
in a specific type of trade: e.g. Roofing contractor,
waterproofing contractor, plumbing contractor, Painting
contractor, etc.

within a specific section of a city or large town, as capacity
may be limited (depending upon the setup of the company the
individual or the type of service)
